Financial advisors use a lot of tools to grow the wealth of their clients, but they are usually fragmented in their offering.
We were hired to build a platform that centralises the operations of our client, in a clean and slick dashboard.
Our navigation bar allowed for many tools to be found where you expect them to be in sub-sections. Aided by an wide-context search bar.
The biggest problem for the client was the sheer amount of information that needed to be input. We solved this with breaking it down into parts.
The UI of market competitors looked outdated, giving us a clear advantage to provide a clean design inspired by Apple UX + UI.
Onboarding was the area we felt we could prove our skillset in gamification can really add value.
Instead of spending over an hour inputting a thousand values into data collection, we broke this down into parts that can be returned to at a later date, thanks to notifications and skip ability.
This converted an uncomfortable experience into a sleek, understandable and helpful approach.
We also added task lists to help with the amount of data required for entry, to provide a visual display of their progress and make it clearer than any competitor platform, what they needed to complete to help them perform better, with notifications and clear progress.
Another fun feature we were able to add, was direct comments on pages, to aid discussion between the financial advisor team to each-other, similar to google docs for adding instant context on the subject for which they require help.
